Deposit or purchase hold
Check the available-to-send balance and the hold expiry. ACH-funded assets may be tradable before they can leave the platform.
Withdrawal diagnostic
A withdrawal can fail even while the coin remains tradable. Check the hold, asset, network, address, available balance, and account status before using a workaround.

02
Confirm the exact asset and network in the live withdrawal screen and the exchange status page. A visible trading market does not prove the network is open.
03
Match the receiving address format and network exactly. Do not select a wrapped or alternate network unless the receiving side explicitly supports it.
04
Recent password, device, address, 2FA, or account-security changes can trigger a temporary hold. Read the account notice before retrying.
05
Check the withdrawal minimum, fee, reserved balance, open orders, and amount actually available—not the total portfolio value.
06
Save the error, asset, network, amount, time, transaction ID, and support case. Do not create repeated withdrawals while the status is unclear.

Trading and withdrawal availability are separate. A recent ACH deposit, security action, account review, unsupported network, maintenance window, or balance hold can block withdrawal while trading remains available.
No. Use only a network supported by both the sending exchange and receiving wallet or exchange. A cheaper incompatible network can permanently lose the funds.
Use it after it has already passed KYC, funding, market, and withdrawal checks. A new account created during an emergency is not yet a working backup route.
